Why is there such a difference in price among different teacher training courses, after all it’s the same certifications right?
Well not exactly……
So many teachers finish their qualifications, but never start teaching because they don’t feel confident enough.
And that’s not down to passing the theory, that’s all done to how the course is delivered, and that was my experience of getting qualified.
I was qualified, but I hadn’t even taught a full class and I didn’t really understand the anatomy and how that related to pilates and the exercises I was teaching.🥴
However, I was lucky enough to always have Paul to help me, as he has studied anatomy for the past 20 years and his background is injury rehab and remedial massage and it’s HIS passion! 🦴
But I know that most people don’t have access to that type of knowledge and it’s why we put extra emphasis on anatomy and pilates & yoga so that you do have that thorough understanding and it doesn’t take you, as long as it took me, to figure it all out!
This is why we created Elite Pilates and Yoga Teacher Training the way we did. Because we didn’t want anyone to get qualified with us, and still not feel confident in teaching. 😟
The way we actually grade our own service to you is we help you to become a good enough teacher to teach in our studio…..
But if the answer is no, then we’ve not done our job properly.
It’s the reason we’ve designed our courses the way we have and we’ve put a lot of thought, effort and time into coming up with teaching exercises to help build your skill and build it fast.
Unlike what Paul and I went through when we completed our own initial training, you get lots of teaching practice.
At first, you may get nervous standing up in front of the group, but once you do it a few times you will get more comfortable with doing it and we have fun games to play too to help calm your nerves and make you feel more relaxed and actually start to enjoy the experience. 🕺
I don’t want to give all our secrets away, but I know that there aren’t many, IF ANY, that put so much effort into your teaching abilities, as we do!

We don’t believe you can do your training in 5 days or 6 days and be ready to know how to look after clients so our courses are 11 days and we cover additional bonus content that will help you to look after your clients better and you’ll know how to adjust or modify exercises if your clients can’t do some of the moves.
