Hello Tanja,

My name is Aaleayah, I am 18 years old and I am stuck in a full time job which is causing me a lot of stress and anxiety. I am very unhappy in this job and just like you I dread when mondays come around. I have been watching pilates for a while now but have never been able to experience it. Reading your story has given me the confidence to believe that I can become an instructor one day ! I just need a push in the right direction.
